ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients, candidates and employees. Fewer than 2% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada earn the Best of Staffing designation for Client and Talent Satisfaction, and fewer than 1% earn Best of Staffing for Employee Satisfaction. 
 
On average, clients and candidates of winning agencies are 60% more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies. Additionally, employees of winning agencies are more than 2 times less likely to be dissatisfied with their staffing firm compared to those working with non-winning agencies.

• 81.2% of surveyed clients scored us as a 9 or 10 out of 10 which is significantly higher than the industry’s average of 55%. 
• 79% of surveyed candidates scored us as a 9 or 10 out of 10 which is significantly higher than the industry’s average of 50%.  
• 64% of internal employees scored us as a 9 or 10 out of 10. 
 
Net Promoter Scores:  
• Client score: 81.2 % (industry average: 45%) 
• Candidate score: 69.3% (industry average: 30%) 
• Employee score: 54%, exceeding the 50% global NPS standard for an “excellent” employee experience rating.  
 
This is the sixth year we’ve won Best of Client satisfaction, fifth year we’ve won Best of Talent satisfaction and fourth year we’ve won Best of Employee satisfaction.
