Horizontal Talent wins ClearlyRated's 2024 Best of Staffing for Women
Horizontal Talent proudly celebrates its recognition as one of Clearly Rated 2024 Best Staffing Firms for Women, showcasing its commitment to gender equity and empowering women in the workplace.

Horizontal Talent is excited to share that we have won Best of Staffing for Women by providing an exceptional experience for the women at our company! Fewer than 0.1% of staffing firms in the United States and Canada qualified to earn the Best Staffing Firms for Women designation, and winners have proven to be industry leaders in gender equity and advancement.
To qualify for the Best Staffing Firms for Women list, a firm must invite feedback from 100% of their internal staff on the overall experience of working at the firm. Further, women must comprise at least 47% of the workforce, rate the firm highly and have significant representation in leadership roles.

Last year, we launched our female-focused ERG called Women of Horizontal Empowerment Network (WHEN), held an internal celebration of our working moms and implemented an education session to discuss intersectionality in the workplace and in our society. Not only did women find comfort in each other, in allies and in leadership -- but we all grew together. This is not an easy time to be a woman in the workforce. To pull from a little-known movie called Barbie, ‘It is literally impossible to be a woman. You have to be a boss, but you can't be mean. You have to lead, but you can't squash other people's ideas.
