Every year, Horizontal Talent hosts a contest for recruiters and account managers. If a recruiter achieves certain milestones for the job seekers they assist, or an account manager hits key metrics supporting the hiring efforts of the companies we work with, they are eligible for extra incentives -- including bonuses and additional paid time off.
Even though 2023 was a tough year for the staffing industry as a whole, our team stepped up to each challenge and were guided by our 5 core pillars at the center of their work. Our team hustled throughout the year, and we are excited to share the team members around the world that won our 2023 contest.
