We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Application & Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to craft engaging content and connect with audiences across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage original content for social media channels, including images and short videos, to enhance brand awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative creative assets.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to drive audience growth and engagement.
• Monitor and interact with consumers and influencers, ensuring brand voice and quality standards are maintained.
• Assist in developing the brand’s paid social media strategy.

Skills

• Three years of experience managing social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Strong content creation skills, including the ability to produce and edit engaging social media content.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
• Familiarity with marketing technology and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of social media best practices and current trends.
