We are seeking a detail-oriented Identity Management Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on user access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our Identity and Access Management efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the IDM team with user access provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning.
• Manage Active Directory groups, users, and permissions.
• Oversee file share permissions and Exchange mailbox permissions.
• Utilize IAM tools, including SailPoint IdentityNow, to enhance user access processes.
• Collaborate with technology professionals to achieve company goals in an office setting.
• Prepare data for PowerShell/Bash input using Excel.

Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory roles and entitlements.
• Experience with file share structures and permissions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ServiceNow and basic Unix or AS400 skills.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Experience in the financial industry.
