Our client, a leading innovator in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a talented eLearning Content Developer to join their dynamic Human Cyber Risk team. This role offers the opportunity to create engaging and effective learning experiences that drive progress and improve lives.

As an eLearning Content Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive eLearning modules and training materials. You will apply your deep understanding of design principles, technology trends, and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Your creative flair and experience in implementing multimedia elements will be crucial in creating a more interactive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
  

• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging, effective, and adaptive learning experiences.
  

• Incorporate multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, video, and animations to enhance the learning experience.
  

• Edit content in course materials, including text, images, and assessments, to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with learning objectives.
  

• Manage multiple eLearning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  

• Work closely with training manager, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to review storyboard content and feedback for course development.
  

• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure eLearning courses function correctly and provide a seamless user experience.
  

• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in eLearning and instructional design.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Content Development, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in eLearning development or instructional design.
  

• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and learning management systems (LMS).
  

• Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to design challenges.
  

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for custom eLearning development.
  

• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and other eLearning standards.
  

• Experience in video production and editing.
