Job Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and design specifications.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing across web and mobile applications.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify potential edge cases or unanticipated issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
• Report, track, and prioritize software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.), ensuring detailed documentation of issues.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to provide feedback on test progress and potential risks.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of testing outcomes and provide regular updates on testing status.
• Validate user interfaces for usability, functionality, and adherence to design standards.
• Contribute to the automation efforts
Location
This role is onsite in Irving, TX - 5 days onsite initially, then transition to 3 days hybrid - Potential to extend and/or convert to FTE
