|Job ID 69489|Posted Feb 25, 2025Our client is seeking a dynamic Digital Product Manager to join their team. This role is a hybrid position, requiring three days in the office at our client's location in either Chicago or Minneapolis.
As a Digital Product Manager, you will be part of an innovative team working on the Communication Hub platform, an emerging enterprise digital message platform serving millions of global customers. You will be instrumental in a two-phase project to comply with new U.S. regulatory requirements for SMS messages.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Project, Business, Product, and Technology teams to define requirements, development, data, and process changes needed for the new regulatory requirements for SMS messages.

Lead product activities including discovery, solutioning, requirements, story writing, risk/dependency identification, development management, QA & UAT testing partnership, and deployment coordination.

Maintain impeccable Jira hygiene for transparency and visibility to work being done.

Engage in all ceremonies, meetings, and operating routines to ensure successful delivery.

Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing.
Qualifications:

5+ years of digital Product Management experience.

3+ years of Banking internal product experience.

Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Mural, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Proficient in Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid delivery models.

Demonstrated experience enhancing communication between technical teams and business lines/stakeholders.

Proven success in collaborating, influencing, and driving decisions with multiple stakeholders.
