- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements. Collaborate with UX researcher and designer to garner insights from market research for additional requirements. Ability to guide discovery conversations to gather complex requirements and translate them into clear user stories and solutions.
- Requirements Writing: Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis between user-driven requirements, internal capabilities, and current solution
- Solution Gathering: Collaborate with Enterprise Architect (EA) to document and analyze potential new solution options.
- Solution Design: Support EA in designing possible solutions
- Prototyping/wireframing: Collaborate with UX designer to build future state models that meet requirements and user needs.
- Cost Analysis: Supporting EA and project manager in estimating associated IT costs for potential solution.
- Leading meetings: Collaborate with EA lead, UX research and designer to facilitate meetings to get alignment requirements, process flows, business processes, and possible solutions.
- Testing: Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and are free of issues.
- Self-starter
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in creating detailed functional specifications, requirements, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and software (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
