JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a dedicated Technical Program Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our client's websites and protecting the trust and privacy of their shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive multi-year strategy to combat bot and DDoS attacks across our client's retail websites.

  • Implement a layered defense approach, coordinating efforts across edge, border, and origin services for traffic tagging, classification, and prioritization.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with AWS and industry partners to stay ahead of emerging threats and implement cutting-edge solutions.

  • Spearhead the adoption of emerging technologies such as ML, AI, and LLMs in our security infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of technical product or program management experience.

  • 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.

  • 5+ years of software development experience.

  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects.

  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.

This role is based on-site at our client's location in Sunnyvale, CA. Candidates must be prepared to complete a background check upon offer.
