JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Manager for Media Operations. This remote role is a 6+ month contract, offering an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to a leading brand's media operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage media budget tracking and reporting

  • Define and optimize processes and tools to drive clarity and streamline ways of working with cross-functional partners

  • Collaborate with agency partners to streamline processes and develop and implement templates and reporting dashboards

  • Oversee financial management, billing, tracking, and reporting

  • Lead DoubleVerify oversight, tracking, and reporting

  • Manage and support media campaigns as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, business, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience managing media operations at an agency or brand

  • 3+ years of experience in integrated media planning and buying

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end media planning and buying processes

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities from different parts of the business

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
