Description:
  • As a Sr Capability Analyst (Product Owner), you will play a vital role in defining project goals, identifying areas for process improvement, and providing innovative solutions that will impact millions of lives.
  • In collaboration with the development team and stakeholders, you will be the voice of the business, translating complex requirements into actionable features and user stories for the Government Operations application suite.
  • This cross-functional role involves creating and reviewing requirements, facilitating changes to the product, and working with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • This position offers the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you tackle significant challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Product Owner on a Scrum Team, guiding the team towards the correct objectives.
  • Actively participate in project meetings, collaborating with Business Stakeholders and End Users to understand their needs.
  • Create features that meet the Definition of Ready (DOR), ensuring they are clearly defined, feasible, and valuable.
  • Write user stories in Given-When-Then (GWT) format and maintain an organized backlog.
  • Prioritize the Scrum Team's backlog based on business value.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of user stories by clarifying uncertainties and assisting in task breakdown.
  • Assess the work done by the Development Team, providing feedback to ensure adherence to requirements and quality standards.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and solution design meetings.
  • Regularly communicate with the Scrum Team and Business Stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment with the product vision.
  • Embody United's culture and values, delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in capturing requirements in a healthcare claims setting.
  • Proven experience in managing a project from ideation to post-deployment.
  • Knowledge of CSP Facets (frontend and backend).
  • Experience with Claims on CSP Facets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of Agile Methodology.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CSP Facets provider data
  • Experience with Value Based Relationships and delegated arrangements in healthcare
  • Beginner level query writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, writing, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior-level business stakeholders.
