JOB DESCRIPTION

As a BA in the Data team, the expectations include actively participating in the intake operational process, gathering requirements, documenting project needs, and assisting in organizing meetings and maintaining project coordination. In the Agile development process, the role involves applying Agile principles, refining user stories, conducting functional reviews, and promoting collaboration within the team. Additionally, tasks in Azure DevOps (ADO) include completing work items, setting up and refining prioritization per team's process requirements. 

Overview:
Assist with gathering functional and data requirements from stakeholders during the intake operational process, including scheduling meetings to gather necessary information. Perform detailed notes on meeting discussions from clarifications made, decisions made, questions/answered inquired and next steps for engagement.

Help with creating and refining project plans, including tracking progress against milestones and identifying potential data risks or issues.
Help with co-maintaining Dev process documentation, Agile operate requirements and expectations related to project deliverables, including user Best Practices, training materials, and release notes
Cultivating effective communication style to foster strong relationships and long term trust and successful project outcomes with internal team members to stakeholders.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
