JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to support their merchandising team's Sustainability and Governance (ESG) Report data and analytics process. This role is remote, with a commitment of 40 hours per week for a duration of 3 months.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong project management skills, including timing and action management

  • Apply foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with ESG and Sustainability reporting frameworks and regulations (e.g., TCFD, SASB, GRI, ISSB, CSRD, CDP, etc.)

  • Provide accurate information to ESG ratings agencies including MSCI, Sustainalytics, and ISS

  • Collaborate across teams and time zones to execute tasks, using RACI

  • Track progress towards key milestones and elevate risks

  • Support the development of presentations and updates for internal workgroups, governance committees, and leadership meetings as needed

  • Demonstrate knowledge and capabilities in data management, analytics, and processing
     

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project (or similar PM tool), SharePoint

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques

  • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Familiarity with Environmental Social and Governance (ESG)

  • Proficiency in Smartsheet is a plus
