JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Systems Analyst to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their financial data and processes. This role involves analyzing, designing, implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting solutions that improve our client's financial management information system (FMIS) and other related applications.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and expectations

  • Enhance accounting function efficiency through technology improvements and integrations

  • Work with end users to identify and roll out solutions that automate recurring manual activities

  • Increase the efficiency of treasury function by automating the wire processing pipeline

  • Collaborate with the Technology team to increase integrations to business unit operational systems

  • Lead system implementations and enhancements to support business operations

  • Provide user training and support for financial departments

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance, usability, and feedback of the products

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in financial systems and technologies
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in financial systems management, finance, accounting, or a related field

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a systems analyst or a similar role in a financial environment

  • Advanced knowledge in SQL, Excel, XML, and other data analysis tools

  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and Hyperion

  • In-depth knowledge of banking and wire Integrations

  • Experience with GenAI tools like Microsoft CoPilot in a finance environment is strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to analyze complex data and processes
