JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a temporary administrative & project support associate to assist our Corporate Responsibility team with a variety of administrative, project management, and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with excellent organizational and communications skills. Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a plus, but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and project management support for a couple of our workforce engagement programs, including updating documentation, reviewing forms and surveys and follow – up for completion, running reports, managing incoming requests for internal and external stakeholders, updating SharePoint sites, and tracking project milestones.
  • Create, format, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Develop professional and engaging presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external use.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Conduct research, compile reports, and provide summarizes of findings.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formatting) and PowerPoint (design, animations, templates).
  • Exceptional project management skills, including tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a plus but not required.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
