JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead innovative strategies that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the CRO strategy from ideation to execution, focusing on increasing core KPIs across various channels and campaigns.
  • Conduct client presentations to showcase key insights, actionable recommendations, and the impact of optimization strategies on business goals.
  • Oversee the configuration, administration, and operation of Adobe Target to support multi-channel tests.
  • Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing and personalization strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Assess and audit current testing and personalization programs, preparing detailed project and test plans.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness through robust data analysis and iterate on testing plans as needed.
  • Provide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies to clients.
  • Collaborate with developers and UX/UI teams to configure personalization elements and finalize content for testing.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, and data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tag management systems and data layers.
  • Familiarity with database management and APIs.
  • A passion for the digital domain and leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly to identify opportunities for improvement.
