JOB DESCRIPTION

Our non-profit client is seeking a dedicated Program Administrator to join their membership department. This remote, full-time position is a great opportunity for individuals with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and logistical support, ensuring the effective execution of key program activities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, managing correspondence and responding to inquiries

  • Process payment requests for recipients and vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies

  • Provide administrative support for the nomination process, including tracking submissions and addressing frequently asked questions

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to coordinate and execute annual events

  • Contribute to initiatives within the Membership Department that enhance engagement and recognition of honors recipients
     

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience

  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Adobe, and other online shared document products
  • Experience with OpenWater is a strong plus
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work on multiple deadlines and competing priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
     

This position does not require travel but includes opportunities to attend in-person meetings as well as additional travel as assigned. This is a temporary, full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with an expected duration of no more than ninety days.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
