JOB DESCRIPTION

This Program Manager is responsible for leading a complex and high risk $20M+ program to implement solutions for OT asset management and device tagging. Oversees multiple teams, project managers and key stakeholders.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Daily management through life cycle of the program
• Define program controls to manage program activities
• Plan program and monitor progress to ensure milestones are being met across various projects
• Manage program budget
• Manage program risks and issues and take measures to correct
• Coordinate projects and the interdependencies between workstreams
• Manage resources across projects in the program
• Manage stakeholders involved in the projects and program
• Align deliverables across the projects and program

Skill Set Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience with large and complex projects, with management of a $10M project budget or greater.
• Proven experience leading large scale software implementations.
• Proven experience leading multiple workstreams for requirements specification, design activities, implementation/coding/configuration, testing and final deployment.
• Proven vendor management experience including RFP process, SOW creation, financial control, and aggressively driving vendors to meet date and budget commitments.
• Proven experience on projects with a large number of impacted users, (i.e., at least 200 users) and overseeing the associated change management.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation.
• Experienced with accrual-based accounting.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Utility experience preferred.
• OT asset management experience preferred

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
