JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is integral to the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, competitive intelligence, and business development strategies.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of the competitive landscape, identifying strategic moves, dynamics, and trends.

  • Distill complex competitive intelligence into real-time insights for communication to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Support research and assessments of potential business opportunities, providing detailed reports with key insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of market strategies with overall business goals.

  • Create compelling content for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, collaborating with sales teams to support the sales process.

  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data management, or a related field, or relevant work experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing or marketing analyst role.

  • Proficiency in financial statements, market research, and earnings reports analysis.

  • Experience in developing and launching sales enablement resources.

  • Advanced skills in base business tools (Excel/PowerPoint) and experience in Salesforce, Power BI, and/or Tableau.

  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize projects that align with corporate priorities.
