|Job ID 69409|Posted Feb 20, 2025We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Tester/QA: III (Senior) to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects and drive the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a key QA member in both Waterfall and Agile teams.
- Establish a solid baseline for testing activities on projects without an existing QA process.
- Assist in the transition from Waterfall to Agile/Scrum methodology to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Review requirements and acceptance criteria for completeness and identify potential gaps.
- Create and execute Timekeeping test plans, scenarios, and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Maintain a regression suite and provide estimates for test effort.
- Coordinate UAT testing phases and facilitate testing meetings, summarizing results.
- Report issues/defects and provide go/no-go recommendations based on test results.
- Generate and maintain metrics, prioritizing and organizing documentation consistently.
- Minimum of 5 years of Time Keeping experience.
- Proficient in testing methods and software implementations.
- Strong active listening and documentation skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box.
- Effective communication skills with diverse audiences.
- Experience with ADO and the ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience in driving teams toward an Agile approach.
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills.
- Ability to provide team metrics on a weekly basis.
