JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Consultant to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving successful outcomes by focusing on the people side of change, ensuring the adoption and utilization of changes, and achieving positive results for the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. This includes preparing, supporting, and equipping individuals to adopt and use changes related to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess the impact of changes on business processes, systems, and stakeholder groups, and evaluate change readiness.

  • Identify potential resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders impacted by the changes and work to minimize resistance and ensure smoother transitions.

  • Create and manage communication plans, including the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications related to the changes.

  • Develop and drive training plans, provide input on training delivery methods, create training documents, and support the delivery of training programs to help employees adapt to the changes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to determine business readiness and ensure smooth transitions.
     

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Program Management, Organizational Change Management, and/or cross-functional business process transformation experience, and 10 years overall experience.

  • A minimum of 4 years management experience.

  • Organizational Change Management Certification preferred.

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with field knowledge and exposure to front line workers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and project management tools (SmartSheet).

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong understanding of how business functions interact in a global company.

  • Ability to set and maintain high-quality standards for OCM programs to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption.

  • Knowledge of program/project management and organizational change management best practices.
     

This position will interact with corporate business partners and trainers in other areas of the organization. The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check and drug screen upon offer.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
