|Job ID 69400|Posted Feb 17, 2025We are seeking a talented and innovative Sr. UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the digital transformation of web and mobile solutions, enhancing user experiences for our Lending, Leasing, and Cash Management products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an end-to-end customer experience for our digital community.
- Utilize strong UI/UX design skills to develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Define and execute a customer-centric strategy focused on enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web application projects.
- Expertise in design software such as Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS; knowledge of JavaScript/React is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
- Background in project management and research.
- Strong presentation skills to articulate design concepts and processes.
