Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to internal and external customers on our client's portfolio of products

Respond to customer inquiries via multimedia channels

Analyze complaints, diagnose probable causes, and provide troubleshooting solutions

Educate customers as appropriate and follow-up as necessary

Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System

Document complaints in accordance with Quality standards

Recognize and communicate trends in product issues and their impact on customers
Required Skills and Experience:
-
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
-
Previous experience in an FDA regulated environment

Ability to assimilate complicated technical information
-
Independent decision-making skills in a critical, fast-paced setting

Proficiency in using various types of databases and other computer software

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in the sciences or a medically-related area
The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to clearly, concisely, and accurately convey communications. They will also have the capacity to work independently and in groups. This role primarily involves supporting phone calls from customers using medical device products, with about 20% email communication with customers.
