JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Sr. Product Manager to join their team. This fully remote contract position is open to candidates based in the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust product roadmap for reimbursement products, with a strong emphasis on lifestyle accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.

  • Define and document product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria, for new product features and enhancements.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.

  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points, incorporating this feedback into product development decisions.

  • Prioritize product features based on business value, user impact, and feasibility.

  • Monitor product performance, including usage, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with clients and external partners on joint development of roadmap and features.
