|Job ID 69386|Posted Feb 13, 2025Our client is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. This role is open to candidates located in Charlotte, Atlanta, and Minneapolis, with a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the office. The working hours are 8-5 EST. This position offers the potential for full-time conversion, although it is not guaranteed.
As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in facilitating Agile methodologies within the team and across teams. You will be expected to demonstrate strong Agile facilitation skills and have experience with multiple Agile SDLC Methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile methodologies within the team and across teams

Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize action items

Ensure the team is working as efficiently as possible
Ideal Candidate Profile:

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

Strong Agile facilitation skills

Demonstrable experience with multiple Agile SDLC Methodologies

Experience at both the Team and Team of Teams levels
