Our client is seeking a dedicated Jr. IT Analyst to join their team. This role is 100% onsite and operates from 8am to 5pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure at our client's location, including workstation support, telecom, printers, server support, and networking. You will also collaborate with remote teams that assist in support of the site.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, Deploy, Install, Migrate, Patch, Replace, Support & Triage Site Infrastructure including WINTEL/LINUX NetPC, Standard & Process PCs

• Manage HP & Manufacturing Printers (HP, Zebra, etc.)

• Oversee TelecomEthernet, LAN/WAN, Firewall, RoutersSwitches Cisco, TCP/IP, VPN & Wireless

• Provide Standard and Local Software Support including MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.

• Maintain Dashboard Expectations for PCs, ITSM tickets, & PC Vulnerabilities

• Attend & Comply with All Plant IT & Production, Corporate IT, & Safety Required Training Meetings and Activities
   

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in HW/SW Printers TCP/IP LAN/WAN Microsoft Windows

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
   

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required
