Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about product development and have a knack for organization and communication.
 

As a Product Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the sampling process from start to finish. This includes prepositioning sample yardage, delivering accurate and timely product samples for key milestone meetings, and tracking and reporting sample yardage and garment sample readiness.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Product Development, and Raw Materials

• Constantly communicate with vendors and suppliers, gathering information to bring back to internal partners

• Problem-solve and propose solutions to improve ready dates
   

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Experience with Centric PLM is a plus

• Prior product development and/or fabric knowledge

• Proficiency in Excel
   

This role is part of a newly created team due to increased workload, offering a hybrid work model with a minimum of two days in the office per week. Our client's team values a positive attitude, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. While recent graduates are welcome to apply, a minimum of 6 months of work experience and/or internship is preferred.
