|Job ID 69379|Posted Feb 12, 2025Our client is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Program Manager to join their Worldwide Cross-Channel Marketing team. This role is integral to the implementation of the organization's AI vision and will be based on-site in Seattle.
As a key member of the Cross-Channel AI team, you will be instrumental in applying the most advanced tools, techniques, and technologies to engage customers more effectively and efficiently. This role requires a highly organized self-starter, ready to dive into any task and build effective partnerships across cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with the XCM AI's Operations Lead on key workstreams, including project management, data analysis, and reporting

Coordinating resources and project statuses with the XCM AI Creative and Tech teams

Building strong partnerships with the broader XCM team, identifying opportunities for AI integrations, and managing the implementation of solutions

Creating a knowledge repository of AI best practices and developing an organization-wide training program

Producing regular newsletters on the latest developments in AI technologies and their application

Connecting with external agencies and broader marketing teams to collaborate and share learnings
Basic qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in integrated consumer marketing brand, campaign, creative program/project management, or similar roles

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing teams
Preferred qualifications:

Experience working with AI technologies

Excellent understanding of consumer brand advertising strategies, especially in the digital and high-technology space

Exceptional project management and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Strong ability to interact, communicate, present, and influence within multiple levels of the organization

Proficiency with Excel and MS Word
