JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their team. This role is open to all remote candidates, with a preference for those local to the Twin Cities area in MN who can attend occasional in-office meetings.
 

As a Project Manager, you will manage and direct the activities associated with small to large scale projects, focusing on non-IT business applications and disciplines. You will be responsible for all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project sponsors, business units, and users to identify project scope and focus

  • Develop or monitor project initiatives

  • Implement project requirements, plans, processes, and tools

  • Assign, guide, and monitor project staff

  • Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines

  • Provide expert project guidance and support proactively through project completion

  • Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users
     

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a Project Management role in a regulated environment. While medical device experience is preferred, we are open to other types of experience. You should be able to demonstrate clear leadership without authority and hold team members responsible for meeting project deliverables and deadlines.
 

Required Skills:

  • Strong project management skills in a regulated environment

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Clear leadership abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, and MS Suite

  • High level of communication skills
     

A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Project Management certification is a plus. Please note that this is not a software Project Management role. Candidates must be prepared to complete a background check and drug screen upon offer.
