As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Contribute to shaping category and business strategies by transforming brand and guest insights into compelling creative briefs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand Management, Creative, Merchandising, and Insights, to align efforts and drive projects forward.

• Leverage insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities that enhance brand communication and elevate the consumer experience.

• Develop creative packaging strategies that align with broader brand themes, ensuring consistency and scalability across channels.

• Partner with local and global teams to effectively manage project priorities, budgets, timelines, and risks, ensuring smooth progress and successful execution.
   

The ideal candidate will possess the following technical skills:

• Creative Brief Writing

• Project Planning

• Strategic Thinking

This is a remote position with a commitment of 40 hours per week for a duration of 6 months. Please note that candidates must complete a background check and drug screen upon offer.
