Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity to participate in global positioning, messaging, and creative development.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in storytelling and crafting content in a social media tone, tense, and style

• Manage online communities on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Indeed

• Oversee day-to-day operations of content development and website updates

• Propose and execute enhancements to improve user/candidate experience, based on competitive benchmarking analysis

• Monitor web traffic, build marketing dashboards, manage web analytics, and ensure the site meets the business needs of the organization

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials and internal documents

• Support CRM campaigns and assist in the reorganization and streamlining of the internal branding hub
   

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or social media

• Proficiency in editorial work in AP Style

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office
   

Preferred Skills:

• Adobe Creative Suite/design skills

• Data analysis
