What You'll Do:
- Evaluate market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment and use the analysis of this data as input to the product strategy.
- Collaborate with our customers and internal SMEs to better understand their needs and pain points.
- Foster a customer-obsessed culture by integrating customer feedback into every stage of the product life cycle. Prioritizing customer satisfaction and world-class experience in all product decisions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform and refine product strategies, ensuring they are aligned with market opportunities and customer expectations. Monitor KPIs to support data-driven decisions influencing product and feature development.
- Work with leadership and stakeholders on roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Collaborate with various cross functional teams to clearly articulate the importance, purpose, and impact (the “why”) of your product solutions.
- Validate problems to be solved and measurements of success, thinking through edge cases, application of new technologies (e.g. AI) and the cross-team dependencies to deliver high-quality features and outcomes.
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, and customer facing teams to create feature requirements, epics and user stories, and test criteria to guide the development of high-quality features.
- Test, monitor, and optimize product features to ensure they meet intended KPIs.
- Creatively manage the product backlog adjusting scope and reducing impediments to ensure that product updates are delivered on time and on budget.
- Suggest and implement best practices for the product management organization.
Who You Are:
- A product manager with 5+ years of experience within B2B, customer facing SaaS products in the healthcare industry.
- Obsessed with understanding how well-designed products can impact the ability for healthcare providers to preserve the spirit of medicine.
- Relentlessly data driven; ability to develop and analyze product KPIs, conduct market research, capture customer feedback, and form insights quickly to guide your decisions.
- Empathetic and detailed analyzer of customer workflows to uncover problems and identify well thought out solutions.
- Exceptional collaborator with UX, engineering, and customer facing teams.
- Effective communication skills to drive cross-functional buy-in and alignment with various internal stakeholders as well as with customers.
- Strong command of the tools, techniques, and skills to move product features through all phases of the product life cycle.
- Outstanding decision-making and prioritization skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and self-sufficient, as self-starter with ownership attitude.
- Works quickly without sacrificing quality to find creative solutions.
- Passionate about improving our healthcare system and disruptive innovation.
- Experience and excitement in working at a fast paced, scaling organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience within healthcare, specifically with providers/administrators, health plans, or revenue cycle management.
- Managed products with ML and/or AI enabled features.
- Extensive experience with data-driven analytics.
- Growth stage company experience.
- Notable experience taking products from ideation to launch and/or optimizing existing products to drive additional value.
