JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Enterprise Data & Analytics Risk Associate. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to risk management in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the EDAS Risk Program Manager in developing and executing risk-related functions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while documenting operational controls.
  • Manage regulatory exams and assist in finding remediation solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to enhance communication with risk partners.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with business and risk partners to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Provide insights and guidance on risk management practices to stakeholders.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Management, Data Governance, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in risk management or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Project management skills with a strong sense of accountability and self-motivation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Risk and Controls, particularly in Data & Analytics Risk Governance.
  • Thought leadership experience and ability to develop presentation materials.
  • Conflict resolution skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
