JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr Quality Analyst to join their team in a remote role. This position is integral to the enhancement of solutions related to the SAFES decommission project, including solutions related to plan availability, plan details, and zip code management. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of Quality Analysts, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to the customer.
 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand SDLC, ATDD, manual and automated QA processes in an Agile environment

  • Collaborate as part of the Agile team in grooming user stories and development of acceptance criteria

  • Ensure functional and non-functional acceptance criteria aligns to the business value statement

  • Perform testing of web applications (backend and frontend) and web services

  • Design and execute functional and regression test cases/test scenarios, test plans, and test strategy

  • Debug and track resolution of issues

  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for assigned tasks

  • Understand test automation frameworks and their implementation
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in an IT field or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience writing, executing, and maintaining test suites for UI, API, and backend testing

  • 5+ years of experience working with relational databases (SQL Server)

  • 3+ years test automation experience in Selenium and other test automation tools

  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to meet the needs of the audience
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Industry experience strongly preferred

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work with others during time constraints to meet deadlines

  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, and solve problems
