Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using Salesforce.
Performance expectations:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce projects and enhancements.
- Requirements Writing: Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prototyping/wireframing: Build future state models to demonstrate out-of-the-box features and functionality to solve business requirements.
- Reporting: Build Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate workshops, whiteboarding, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements, process flows, and business processes. Ability to guide discovery conversations to gather complex requirements and translate them into clear user stories and solutions.
- User Support: Provide support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues, and providing best practices guidance.
- Testing: Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and are free of defects.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration and administration.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator is preferred. Salesforce Certified BA is preferred. Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder is a plus.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
