JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Program Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining program objectives and developing strategic plans to achieve them. This role requires a professional with a strong ability to formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects, and to assess program performance to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program

  • Ensure program activities comply with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant legislation

  • Oversee the collection and maintenance of program records for statistical purposes, adhering to the organization's confidentiality/privacy policy

  • Supervise program staff, providing direction, input, and feedback

  • Coordinate service delivery among different program activities to increase efficiency

  • Monitor and approve all budgeted program expenditures

  • Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve successful program outcomes

  • Develop a program evaluation framework to assess strengths and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience

  • Proven ability to work with project teams within IT, business, and cross-functional teams

  • Experience in facilitating meetings and working sessions with IT and app teams

  • Proficiency in developing and managing project activities including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
