The successful candidate will be responsible for defining program objectives and developing strategic plans to achieve them. This role requires a professional with a strong ability to formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects, and to assess program performance to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering the overall program and its activities in line with the organization's mission and goals
Developing an annual budget and operating plan to support the program
Ensuring program activities comply with all relevant legislation, professional standards, and organizational policies and procedures
Supervising program staff, providing direction, input, and feedback
Coordinating service delivery among different program activities to increase efficiency
Monitoring and approving all budgeted program expenditures
Developing and implementing long-term goals and objectives to achieve a successful program outcome
Establishing and implementing a performance management process for all program staff
Managing project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
Developing new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization
Communicating with clients and stakeholders to gain community support for the program and solicit input for improvement
Qualifications:
6+ years of relevant experience
Proven ability to work with project teams within IT, business, and cross-functional teams
Experience in facilitating meetings and working sessions with IT and app teams
Proficiency in developing and managing project activities including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
Working knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
Experience deploying monitoring tools is a plus
