|Job ID 69283|Posted Feb 4, 2025Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site team meetings and events. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between customers, vendors, and the IT Solutions development team, working on medium to large-sized projects encompassing Medicare Part D and Medicaid.
Key Responsibilities:

Translate existing and non-existing business processes into technical requirements, including metadata profiling, understanding SDLC, and processing ELT functions.

Translate CMS Medicare Part D guidance into technical requirements in collaboration with multifunctional teams.

Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats, conveying technical information in a user-friendly manner.

Utilize SQL Server Management Studio, SQL coding, and C#.

Independently manage multiple tasks or projects, potentially escalating or prioritizing high-priority functions across multifunctional teams.

Lead, define, and streamline business processes and system implementation enhancements within the organization's required policies, procedures, and tools.

Consult on application issue resolution, recommending priorities for work requests and proposing alternative solutions.

Act as a mentor to Enterprise IS Business Analysts in areas of requirements gathering, documentation, business analyst processes, problem-solving, and customer vendor management.
Required Skills and Experiences:
-
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related professional experience, or 9 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Advanced collaboration, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Advanced research, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze processes to scope process improvements.

Proficient with SSMS, SQL, SAS EG, Text Editor, and executable UAT knowledge and functions.

Proven understanding of the health care industry, Medicare Part D rules and regulations, Medicaid services, claims adjudication process, CMS guidance, and the life cycle of PDE data.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:

Working knowledge of SAP and a basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.

High degree of integrity with a can-do attitude, proving ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

Working knowledge of serverless computing services surrounding Microsoft Azure.
