- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to design and implement analytics solutions that address critical healthcare provider and payer challenges.
- Analyze large, complex datasets from healthcare sources (e.g., claims, contracts, and operational data) to generate actionable insights.
- Create interactive and visually engaging dashboards and reports.
- Develop predictive models and other statistical techniques to forecast trends, optimize processes, and inform decision-making.
- Integrate cognitive and generative AI models into data workflows.
- Automate data collection, cleansing, and transformation pipelines for real-time and scalable analytics and insights.
- Monitor, validate, and ensure the accuracy of data and analytics models.
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar roles, preferably in healthcare or SaaS environments.
- Strong skills in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
- Experience with programming languages for data analysis and machine learning.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and data science methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including cognitive or generative AI, and their application in business workflows.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, healthcare informatics, or a related field.
Great to Have:
- Experience with healthcare data formats (e.g., claims, EHR, payer-provider contracts).
- Experience with Data Integration and ETL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms for data warehousing, data processing, and model deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
