JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Community Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a vibrant online community and shape the brand's social media presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the brand's social media platforms, focusing on community engagement and interaction.
  • Copywrite and post creative responses to comments, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and tone.
  • Facilitate positive discussions within the community and moderate comments to maintain a safe environment.
  • Identify and engage brand advocates, creators, and influencers to foster community growth.
  • Implement, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify trends.
  • Schedule and manage posts from the content calendar, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Educate internal teams and clients on social media marketing best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of social media strategies and thought leadership.

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or community engagement.
  • Strong grammar skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Confidence in implementing and optimizing community strategies.
  • Passion for social media platforms and current trends.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the food and beverage industry or convenience store social media management.
  • Global marketing experience is a plus.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Ability to design social media monitoring and community management strategies.
