|Job ID 69270|Posted Feb 4, 2025We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Loyalty & CRM to lead our client engagements and drive customer retention strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong background in loyalty programs and CRM to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead CRM client engagements from discovery through deployment, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Develop programmatic approaches to enhance customer lifetime value through retention-based marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Oversee all phases of engagement and retention initiatives, including scoping, ideation, program design, and execution of campaigns.
- Measure, monitor, and refine engagement programs to maximize revenue and profit results.
- Define and benchmark CRM and Loyalty KPIs, utilizing data analytics to support program design and quantify ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge CRM and Loyalty programs from initial objectives to execution.
- Create materials and presentations for new business opportunities related to CRM & Loyalty.
- Manage the performance of major accounts from a Loyalty & CRM perspective, focusing on optimization.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Loyalty Strategy, CRM, or Communications, with agency experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM or user-level schema for segmentation and targeting.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record in measuring marketing activity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leading Loyalty and CRM campaigns end-to-end.
- Proven experience in account management and growing accounts from within.
- Experience presenting to C-Suite executives.
- Enjoyment in problem-solving and simplifying complex situations.
