JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a dedicated Sr. Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is based in either Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis, MN and is not remote.

As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our client's customer experiences through new technologies. You will be responsible for eliciting requirements from business owners for various projects, performing necessary analysis and documentation, and ensuring the changes are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover and identify APIs, document requirements for APIs and API consumers, and develop test cases for automated test suites

  • Gather, develop, coordinate, and maintain business requirements for various projects and systems from initial phase to final implementation

  • Troubleshoot, coordinate, and maintain production systems/programs/applications

  • Lead resolution to issues with interfacing systems built on different technologies

  • Convert high-level User Requirements into executable, detailed User Stories to enable development

  • Create and maintain the product backlog

  • Conduct planning sessions with the teams to prioritize work in upcoming sprints

  • Develop communication materials and lead communication efforts around the product, priorities, and future roadmaps

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience developing requirements and test scenarios for automated test suites for APIs

  • Demonstrated experience with Agile or other rapid application development methods

  • Ability to work independently to achieve exceptional results

  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data

  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles

  • High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency

  • At least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, customer service skills, customer focus

  • 3 - 5 years of project coordination and previous airline business experience

  • Ability to prioritize work on multiple project teams, with the overall goal of satisfying all deployment needs and effectively supporting diverse clients
