About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage project workflows, track progress, and identify potential roadblocks.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using a designated workflow tool (e.g., Robohead).
  • Manage daily tasks and deadlines within the workflow tool.
  • Route projects for necessary reviews and approvals.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Facilitate weekly status meetings and create comprehensive project status reports.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with business partners to forecast upcoming projects, prioritize current workload, and identify potential bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Proven success in driving complex marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with varying deadlines and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in managing projects across various media channels, including print and digital.
  • Experience utilizing workflow software (e.g., Robohead) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
