JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of a Technology Portfolio Analyst involves supporting the management, execution, and monitoring of a technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing support to the Service Experience technology team in managing and executing planning objectives.
• Assisting and driving strategy and planning activities, including governance tactics and processes in line with the team's defined operating plan/roadmap.
• Maintaining accurate data in technology financial systems and assisting with monthly financial reporting.
• Identifying gaps within existing processes and recommending solutions to close them.
• Supporting the Planning Lead in maintaining accuracy of workforce data.
• Being familiar with IT Portfolio Management, including demand/capacity management and Integrated Planning and Analysis.
• Having a good understanding of the Software/Technology Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC/TDLC).
• Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently in front of peers and senior leaders.
• Capturing, transforming, and analyzing raw data to draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.

Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field-Required
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role-Required
• Must be highly proficient with MS Excel-VLookups, Pivot Tables-will be used daily for reporting
• Familiarity with financial management concepts-Accruals and Capitalization
• Experience with Apptio is required or similar technology financial management systems-REQUIRED
• Understanding of Agile development practices and tools, such as Jira is preferred

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
