JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a seasoned Sr. IT Analyst with a robust background in Workday HCM implementation, management, and document digitization. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to optimizing our client's human capital management processes and compensation systems. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a customer-focused approach to deliver innovative solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

  • Develop and manage compensation plans, providing strategic guidance and support for salary reviews, bonuses, and other compensation-related activities.

  • Oversee the digitization of HR documents, ensuring accurate and efficient conversion of paper-based records to digital formats. Implement best practices for document management and storage.

  • Analyze current HCM and compensation processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Generate and analyze reports on key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
     

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and management.

  • Proven experience in compensation management, including the design and administration of compensation plans.

  • Solid experience in document digitization and electronic document management systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
