JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Workday Integration Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance and support Workday integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end development, project management, implementation, support, and deployment of Workday integrations.
  • Gather requirements and develop, manage, and support Workday end-to-end integrations with internal and external applications.
  • Independently develop clean, maintainable integration systems and perform peer reviews of integration designs.
  • Monitor and recommend optimizations for the health and performance of Workday integrations.
  • Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the integration deployment process.
  • Create and maintain appropriate system documentation and communicate effectively with teammates and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the correction of defects found in all integration testing cycles and assist other team members as needed.

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or at least 6 years of experience in a technical application environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience developing and supporting end-to-end integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday integrations, including EIBs, reporting, data transformation, and integration tools like Workday Studio.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday security model, business processes, reporting, and configuration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve issues independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Workday Orchestration and Workday Extend.
  • Workday Pro Certification is a plus.
  • Consulting experience in the Workday ecosystem is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance is a plus.
