|Job ID 69124|Posted Jan 21, 2025Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Sr. IT Developer to join their diverse and dynamic team. This remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of departments, including Finance, Product Management, Development, Implementations, Consulting, Support, Operations, Quality, Program Management, and Security.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with various teams to define and analyze business metric needs and secure access to internal systems
Develop well-organized, high-quality PowerBI dashboards and reports
Provide comprehensive documentation around business requirements, dashboard designs, and stakeholder feedback
Validate that PowerBI dashboards and reports meet stakeholder and senior leader expectations
Share PowerBI knowledge with peers
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED
Intermediate to advanced skill level in data visualization design and development tools
Solid PowerBI design and development skills
Experience creating PowerBI queries in Power Query for data transformation & preparation
Knowledge of DAX for creating custom calculations
Ability to build APIs, pull data sources such as MS SQL, Excel, CSV, JIRA, various commercial databases
Ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced editor experience
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Experience designing visually appealing and informative PowerBI user interfaces
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to meet agreed-to timelines
Good people skills
Experience troubleshooting issues
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
