This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive automation and enhance our software development processes in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage CI and CD tools and processes across various business units.
- Drive automation at all stages of software development, release, operations, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with teams to brainstorm innovative ideas for improving development delivery.
- Research and implement open-source technologies to solve automation challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and educate development teams on CI/CD and automation toolsets.
- Support and enhance existing tools, platforms, and processes, including Kubernetes, Rancher, and Docker.
Skills
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps culture.
- Proficiency in containerization and container scheduling technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of programming languages including Java, Spring, Python, GoLang, and PHP.
- Experience with Linux operating systems and Bash scripting.
- Solid understanding of AWS and infrastructure as code solutions like Terraform and Ansible.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on multitasking and time management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with public cloud service offerings (IaaS, PaaS) and other cloud platforms such as OCI and Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V.
