Creative Media Services Specialist II 
What You’ll Do

  • Design and produce compelling videos through scriptwriting, storyboard creation, and video editing.
  • Develop marketing style presentations, print materials, and videos which may include taking a broad, vague idea and turning it into something creative.
  • Interact directly with government customers as well as our company counterparts, managers, engineers, and scientists.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site five days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.
Working Conditions
  • Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor. 
Required Education, Experience, & Skills 
  • BS degree in related field plus 2 or more years of related experience.
  • Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
  • Must be able to provide a reel/and or example of a written script for a complete application. 
  • Must be skilled in storyboarding, concept art and design.
  • Working knowledge of design systems and software required for Broadcast Design (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere.
  • Must have experience or academic background in graphic design, visual communications, marketing or advertising.
  • Must have excellent time management and ability to meet fixed deadlines and quick turnarounds.
  • Must have experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Flexibility in moving from one project to the next.
  • Excellent interpersonal, computer and organizational skills.
  • Experience with audio engineering.
  • Interest in science/defense industry.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
